Karen |
|
Dr. Karen Carr is the Clinical Director of MMCT-WA, residing in Accra, Ghana. She is a licensed clinical psychologist providing training, crisis response, counseling, and consultation for missionaries in West Africa. Prior to her full time overseas work in West Africa, she was a program administrator in the Emergency Services unit of a Virginia Regional Community Mental Health Center and went on many short term missions trips as a counselor/trainer to Africa, Asia, and Latin America. |

Marion |
|
Marion Dicke is the Member Care Services Director for MMCT-WA, living in Accra, Ghana. Her formal education has been in the area of nursing science and pastoral studies. Marion's ministry assignment with the CMA for 18 years in Zaire and 3 years in a church setting in her home province of Alberta, has included community development, training, discipleship, counseling and mission administration. Marion has been involved throughout her ministry in member care and coming alongside colleagues in times of crisis. |

Darlene |

Darlene Jerome is the Director of Personnel and Training of MMCT-WA, which is her current SIL assignment. She served for nine years as the Personnel Director of the SIL Cameroon Branch and brings experience in training, member care, administration and teambuilding. Prior to service with SIL, Darlene worked for two years in primary health care/community development in Liberia as part of her Master's program in Intercultural Management and Training. |

Sherri |

Sherri Schneidermann, a missionary with WorldVenture, serves as the MMCT-WA Office Administrator and Trainer, based in Accra, Ghana. Sherri’s gifts of helps and mercy, encouragement and administration, have been used in a variety of locations, but most predominately at a mission hospital in Cote d’Ivoire for fourteen years. |

Alan |
|
Alan Lee served as a church planter and team leader in Uganda for 7 years with World Harvest Mission and then as a pastor and counselor in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania for 14 years before returning to Africa in 2005 as a SIM missionary. He's married to Sally Jean (August, 1978), has four children, holds Masters degrees in Religion, Divinity and Counseling and is an ordained minister in the Presbyterian Church of America. He brings experience in writing, public speaking, teaching adults, pastoral care and counseling to MMCT. Coming alongside of colleagues, church members and clients in times of crisis has been a vital part of his 25 year ministry. |
