Mobile Member Care Team (MMCT) is a non-profit organization providing training, consultation, counseling, and crisis response for missionaries on the field.

The first team (MMCT-WA) has served in West Africa since 2000 and is governed by a Regional Governing Board. The MMCT International Governing Board envisions more teams starting in other regions of the world over the next few years.

We exist to strengthen the mission community in West Africa for healthy, loving service in the midst of challenge, change, and crisis.
